Max Lariviere is a little boy from Mt. Gilead who’s battling cancer. Thanks to advocacy by his mom, Dianna Lariviere, the Montgomery County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday adopted the following resolution in support of federal funding appropriations for childhood and adolescent cancer research and the designation of September as Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
